Hi there,

As a Miami wedding photographer, I always love the opportunity for destination weddings. When Angeline and Henry reached out about capturing their big day at Glen Ivy Golf Club in Corona, California, I was beyond thrilled. Nestled beneath the Santa Ana mountains, Angeline and Henry knew the Glen Ivy was their dream venue. With its gorgeous landscape and scenery plus a large ballroom with floor to ceiling windows, it was exactly what they envisioned for their big day. The indoor/outdoor atmosphere that it provided for cocktail hour and the reception was an added bonus.

Getting Ready

 Angeline and Henry got ready at their parent’s beautiful home in Corona, California. It was a day filled with love, laughter and family. Angeline’s wedding gown was divine! It was the first dress she tried on and it was love at first sight. This ivory and lace mermaid style dress had over 1,000 beads and sequins hand sewn into the dress.  It was a mermaid style dress with a mesh sweetheart V neckline. It also had detachable straps plus a long chapel train. Angeline look liked she stepped out of a fairytale.

First Look

 Angeline shared a first look with both her father and Henry. I have never seen smiles so big on these men’s faces as when they saw Angeline for the first time. While Angeline and Henry said they were both a bit anxious, they were more excited to finally see each other. Truly, these were the sweetest of moments.

Ceremony

 The ceremony was held at St. Matthews Catholic Church. Angeline and Henry were so excited to finally become husband and wife and commit themselves to one another for the rest of their lives. They wrote their own vows in matching letter.

Bridal Party

Surrounded by love and laughter, we had the best time capturing bridal party photos. Angeline shared that these moments, plus the couple’s portraits, were some of her favorite moments of her wedding day. Everyone was so relaxed and joyful. I was thrilled when Angeline told me that I made everyone feel comfortable and made these moments together so fun! Family and friends were delighted to celebrate Angeline and Henry and cheer them on.  It made capturing these special moments easy!

Reception At Glen Ivy

Angeline’s wedding inspiration for their big day was classic and elegant with romantic textures. With and blush colors, this reception space with simply breathtaking! There was no detail left undone. A stunning seating chart combine with champagne glasses welcomed the guest as they entered the reception. High floral installations of white and pink sat on the tables. Angeline and Henry designed a sweetheart table that was to die for. A Princess and her prince charming! The striking white cake adorned with florals sat in a golden arch.

Angeline and Henry had custom wedding champagne flutes made so that they can celebrate every year on their anniversary. Guests made beautiful and emotional toasts that brought tears to everyone’s eyes. The toasts were such a statement to the love these two share for each other.  To make guest feel even more special, the bride and groom designed a slide show with photos of their guest and it played throughout the evening.  Guests danced the night away and it was magical!

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Hsu. I know that you are so happy to spend the rest of your lives together creating countless memories!!!! This is just the beginning. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your love story. Capturing your wedding day has been the biggest honor and I am forever grateful!
