Hey there,

Have you ever visited the Shirley-Eustis House? My first opportunity visiting this magnificent property came when I had the opportunity to photograph Domonique and William’s wedding. They introduced me to this beautiful mansion as well as to the “Jumping of the Broom” tradition!

The house was built in the 1740’s on 33 acres in Roxbury by William Shirley (1694–1771), Royal Governor of the Province of Massachusetts Bay. It served as his summer home. It remains only one of four mansions of Royal Governors in the United States.

After knowing a little bit about Domonique and William, I understood why they chose this stunning historic location to celebrate their wedding day!

The couple met when they were both running for Boston City Council in 2017. They were both candidates and they met at a campaign.
Talk about a power couple!
William noticed Dom's fiery personality and I am sure he was enchanted!

The respect and admiration the couple have for each other is clear and inspiring. Dom described William as the smartest person she knows and that he is always teaching her something new about life. She says he has a great intuition. William loves that Domonique makes him a better person. So SWEET!

This beautiful couple is not only impressive but kind hearted and welcoming. I am grateful I could capture their joyful day!
